      Where you'll be working
      Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region.       What you'll be doing
      The operation of the Switchboard, Paging System, and Information Desk providing a 24 hour service.

      Selection Criteria:

      1. Ability to make decisions quickly and precisely particularly when executing Emergency or Disaster Procedures
      2. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
      3. Clear & concise telephone voice
      4. Excellent professional customer service skills
      5. Be able to follow procedures efficiently and precisely
      6. Demonstrated experience with a computerised, Windows based switchboard, databases & applications
      7. Clear administrative skills, ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
      8. A demonstrated past record of being able to work unsupervised
