Lead the development and implementation of digital innovati on across cross-functional teams within the organization.
Serve as the subject matter expert to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
Collaborate with operational teams to integrate clinical, technical, and business processes.
Drive continuous innovation and expand program development to align with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring team performance and alignment with organizational objectives .
Navigate resources and build strong relationships
Foster employee development through coaching, mentorship, and training.
Participate in manage ment of annual budgets for service lines in collaboration with telehealth leadership.
Provide strategic guidance on alternative revenue models, cost-saving measures, and value optimization related to telehealth services.
Bachelor's degree in a related field
7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
Proven background in healthcare operations, patient care, or telehealth services, ensuring a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex programs from concept to implementation, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions on time and within scope.
Excels under pressure, able to juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly to change, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse populations, fostering trust and understanding among patients, families, and healthcare teams.
