      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Telehealth Program Director in grant reporting and compliance documentation
      - Strengthen relationships with Illinois Telehealth Network (ITN) members
      - Integrate new and existing telehealth offerings into the employer's system
      - Maintain positive relationships with ITN members, grant staff, and internal colleagues
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance telehealth services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, philanthropic studies, or a related field
      - High school diploma or equivalent with five years of experience in telehealth, managing rural health networks, or business/communications may be considered in lieu of a degree
      - 3-5 years of grant-specific fundraising experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing telehealth programs or rural health networks
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      - Familiarity with grant management and reporting processes
      - Knowledge of telehealth technology and integration
