- Document and maintain member records by updating information into the computer database

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of full-time experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience navigating and using computer systems and applications
- Ability to interpret, explain, and apply complex laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience providing in-person customer service in financial services or health insurance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
