What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle member and non-member telephone calls, providing information on credit union products and services
- Process external payment requests from members
- Assist with member live chats
- Cross-sell products and services to enhance member experience
- Meet and exceed productivity, sales, and quality goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or minimum two years relevant experience in the financial industry or customer service call center environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic personality
- Professional telephone demeanor and ability to handle difficult members with empathy and professionalism
- Computer literate with knowledge of Windows and internet applications
- Ability to achieve Level 1 lending authority within four months of hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with customer service call center environment
