      Responsibilities

      The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center , Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center , Summerlin Hospital Medical Center ,Henderson Hospital, and West Henderson Hospital.

      Job Description:

      Accepts and directs all incoming calls to computerized Pbx system. The ability to multi task in a high volume call center enviromnet with speed and accuracy. Excellent verbal communication skills and good listener, Cooperative and enjoys working with others as Part of a Team.


      Qualifications

      Education:

      High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

      Experience:

      Six months to one (1) year experience as an operator in a Healthcare environment preferred.

      Technical Skills:

      Computer proficiency, knowledge of working with switchboards, two way radios and alarm monitoring skills.

      License/Certification:

      None

      Other:

      Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient
