What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
- Utilize appropriate fundraising call structures and transition phrases
- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics with a focus on occupancy and shift adherence
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Full-time availability for day shifts Monday to Friday and every other Saturday
- Must be located in the continental United States
- Ownership of a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
- Ability to maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Successful completion of a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma and/or some college education
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, fundraising, or collections
- Strong communication skills with clear and effective verbal abilities
- Experience with multitasking and data management during calls
