What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided messaging and utilize appropriate call structures
- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism
- Accept coaching and adapt positively to feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday
- Must be located in the continental United States
- Must own a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Must pass a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma or some college education is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience
