What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
- Utilize fundraising call structure and appropriate transition phrases as required
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and react quickly to the person being called
- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy and shift adherence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, with possible additional shifts during peak busy seasons
- Must own a computer that meets system requirements, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace for professional interactions
- Must pass a background check
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including clear and effective verbal communication
- Previous experience in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to demonstrate emotional resilience in challenging situations
- Familiarity with data entry and managing donor information
