Job Description

- Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance
- Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately
- Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis
- Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations
- Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value
- Have obtained a high school diploma
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
- Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance
- Have intermediate mathematical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs
- Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required

CoVantage invests in their team members! The pay for this role is $14.25-21.39 per hour. Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications. Job Duties
Branch Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5pm; Friday 8:30am-6pm; Saturday 8:30am-12pm. This individual will work a varied schedule including working Saturday mornings.
