Job Description

- Establishes procedures and instructional material related to TCR utilization.
- Performs software testing for upgrades including TCR software, teller software, and core banking software.
- Tracks TCR statistics and prepares and maintains executive management reporting.
- Troubleshoots technical and balancing issues with TCR software.
- Manages TCR lifespan and replacement needs.
- Collaborates with senior management to define and refine business strategy.
- Collaborates with Operations System Support for applicable interfaces to core banking software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of TCR machine hardware/software and TCR transaction processing.
- Comprehensive knowledge TCR-related business operations.
- General knowledge of core banking software and applications.
- Ability to train internal customers across various areas, including equipment operation, troubleshooting, loads, and balancing.
- Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels throughout the Bank.
- Ability to work closely with vendors and contribute to positive vendor relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines while demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment.
- Ability to utilize discretion and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.
- Ability to work extended hours and to travel for work as needed.
- Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Skill in using computers and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years banking software application (e.g. Fiserv Premier) support and/or development experience required
- Minimum of three (3) years’ TCR-related work experience required.
- Minimum three (3) years’ working experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years banking software application (e.g. Fiserv Premier) support and/or development experience required

Job Purpose & ScopeResponsible for managing and supporting TCR (Teller Cash Recycler) and TCD (Teller Cash Dispenser) fleet, training, and escalated support needs in the ATM Services group. Ensures usage expectations are met and handled according to established policy and procedure.
