      Location: Conway, NH

      Pay: $19/hr+ plus incentives

      Full time: 40 hours. Including Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm, rotating schedule.

      Role and Responsibilities:

      The Member Service Representative I is a Teller-centric role for the Credit Union, conducting routine transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. Meet members' needs by using active listening to provide outstanding service and problem resolution, successfully referring further opportunities to branch partners.

      Demonstrates Interpersonal Awareness & Skills : Proactively collaborate with team members to provide positive, meaningful interactions with Members and peers, alike.

      Embrace Change & Learning: Through our sales/referral program learn how to match Members needs with products and services.

      Utilizes Critical & Creative Thinking: Provide personalized, needs-based solutions for our community by developing relationships with our Members.

      Takes Personal Ownership: Initiate Member communication and conversation and follow through with all referrals.

      Accurately and efficiently processes deposits, payments, withdrawals, cash checks, etc. in accordance with established policies and procedures while seeking opportunities to enrich our members’ lives. Balances cash drawer/TCR. Handles all transactions with courtesy and tact, while maintaining privacy and security.

      Education, Training & Experience:

      • Minimum of six months’ customer service and cash handling experience
      • Effective communicator
      • Ability to follow all regulations and compliance
      • High attention to detail
      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Occasional travel for continued training, meetings and/or branch support.
