As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing financial transactions accurately. You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive the best banking experience by #Makingmorepossible.


      Responsibilities:

      - Process customer transactions such as deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently

      - Promote our products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments for further assistance

      - Address customer questions or concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions

      - Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

      - Uphold and embrace CCF's Mission, Vision, and Values every day


      Requirements:

      - At least one (1) year of customer service experience

      - Cash handling or sales experience preferred

      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
