Job Title: Procurement Specialist $25-$28/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is integral in managing purchasing activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping area. The position is based in OH and offers the opportunity to work on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the shipping area to ensure timely processing of shipments.
• Accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
• Manage purchase orders efficiently.
• Handle invoicing tasks with precision.
• Receive incoming products and verify their accuracy.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in navigating Excel, including experience with Pivot Tables.
• Ability to work with formulas in Excel.
• Strong skills in procurement and purchasing processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in contract management.
• Familiarity with invoice entry procedures.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving operations.

Work Environment

The position operates during the 1st shift, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves working in a dynamic shipping area and requires attention to detail when handling data entry and invoicing tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
