      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches for assigned requisitions
      - Engage with active and passive talent, connecting them to current job opportunities
      - Market open positions via the employer's career page and job boards
      - Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate throughout recruitment and employment offer processes
      - Evaluate applicants and submit qualified candidates for hiring manager review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience
      - 3 years of recruiting experience
      - 1 year of experience sourcing/recruiting cleared openings (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI) is required
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, Access, and email business software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience recruiting personnel in technology or security fields, such as Security Technicians or Cyber-Security positions
      - Familiarity with social media recruitment methods, especially LinkedIn
