Job Description
- Req#: 6865023
- Organize, consolidate, and migrate physical and digital documents
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring proper sign-in/sign-out procedures are followed in accordance with corporate visitor policy
- Create purchase orders (POs) and support site AP as necessary
- Manage office supply inventory, place orders as needed, and maintain a supply budget tracking spreadsheet
- Other duties as assigned
