What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a variety of operational and procedural assignments requiring moderate judgment and discretion
- Handle confidential information and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures
- Provide administrative support to office managers and department directors
- Assist with front office duties and executive-level support as needed
- Maintain effective communication and follow oral and written instructions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening and time management skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Compliance with various conditions of employment including background checks and vaccination policies
