      The Headlines:

      Molson Coors is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for Brewery Operator openings in our Toronto Brewery Brewing Department. This position will be required to be flexible to work all shifts and will require weekend work.

      The Responsibilities:

      The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled technician who performs normal day to day production, quality, safety, and asset care activities without assistance, and contributes to the organization both individually, and as a team member. Work is performed according to established procedures, with minimum to moderate supervision. Contacts are frequent with fellow team members and with other areas and brewery personnel. The Brewing Operator will be an essential member of a team that uses established world class manufacturing processes to intelligently challenge current practice to identify, implement and sustain improvements.

      Pay for role is an hourly rate of $22.63/hr.

      The Other Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma
      • Must be able to work in confined spaces
      • Candidates must be able to function in a fast-paced team environment. Basic computer skills are a requirement.
      • Candidate MUST have mechanical aptitude and be able to perform basic maintenance on equipment as assigned.
      • Comfortable working in cold and warm environments
      • Must be able to work rotating shifts
      • Is knowledgeable on all relevant hygiene, health & safety legislation (including environmental), and on safe working procedures
      • Effectively communicates with teams and other shifts through log books and daily handover meetings
      • Interest or experience in homebrewing
