What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support physician onboarding by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and compliance requirements
- Track onboarding progress using credentialing systems, databases, and SharePoint, escalating issues as needed
- Analyze onboarding processes and provider data to identify improvements and support retention strategies
- Collaborate with clinical departments, finance, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changes and learn healthcare/HR terminology quickly
- Basic understanding of medical staff credentialing language
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in physician recruitment, onboarding, or retention
- Knowledge of Tableau or similar analytics tools
- Familiarity with physician dashboards, productivity, and performance metrics
