      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and prepare all aspects of regulatory protocol submissions to administration teams
      - Prepare new studies, modifications, renewals, final closure applications, and create consent documents
      - Communicate with internal committee administrators, investigators, research personnel, and study sponsors
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and university policies
      - Recruit, screen, and consent patients for clinical studies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of previous Clinical Research Coordinator experience
      - Legal right to work in the United States
      - Compliance with background check and vaccination policies
      - Ability to adhere to the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act
      - Must provide proof of work authorization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a temporary employment setting
      - Familiarity with clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements
      - Strong communication skills with research personnel and study sponsors
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Knowledge of ethical guidelines in clinical research
