Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Building Porters to join our team as a Building Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our building and its surroundings.
Responsibilities:
#HR1
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting common areas, hallways, staircases, and elevators
- Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables
- Washing windows, walls, and doors
- Sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms
- Reporting and repairing minor maintenance issues
- Assisting with snow removal and landscaping
- Setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment for events
- Delivering packages and mail to residents
- Following health and safety regulations and protocols
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
This is a Temporary position based on performance could lead to a permanent position.
This job reports to the Manager/ Supervisor
This is a Temporary / Seasonal position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift.
