What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate internal documentation, data entry, and report drafting
- Support planning and logistics for events, trainings, and stakeholder meetings
- Contribute to evaluation efforts and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist with internal communications and foster cross-team collaboration
- Provide administrative and analytic support to leadership on short-term projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge of organizational- or research-specific computer application programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to multi-task under demanding timeframes
- Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
