What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the administration of base pay structures, incentive programs, and annual compensation planning across clinical and corporate functions
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking for various healthcare roles, recommending competitive pay ranges
- Maintain and update salary structures, job codes, and compensation-related data within HRIS and compensation systems
- Analyze compensation survey findings and provide recommendations for adjustments
- Act as a subject matter resource to internal stakeholders regarding compensation policies and salary ranges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR, preferably within healthcare
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with wage and hour laws, FLSA, and healthcare-specific labor benchmarks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting compensation practices for clinical and provider roles in a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of Workday and Payfactors (or similar compensation platforms)
- High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
