Job Description
- Req#: 3346461
- This position is worked in-office, not remote
- Shifts: Temporary Full-Time : a variety of shifts are available: 6am-2:30pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, 10am-6:30pm, 11am-7:30pm, 12:30-9:00pm
- Training Schedule: For the first 4 weeks on the job, your schedule will be 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Pay: $16.00/hour
- Start date: Monday, July 21, 2025 (assignment is expected to last through December)
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred!
- Answering 35-45 phone calls per shift
- Responding simultaneously to multiple chat messages; around 40-50 per shift
- Replying to email inquiries
- Providing GREAT customer service!
- Work with technology
- Be comfortable using multiple software platforms at one time
- Solve problems and know when to ask for help (if you can’t solve the problem!)
- Be positive and upbeat both over the phone and through written communication
- Not take things personally; sometimes people get upset, but just know that they aren’t upset at you! This is just part of customer service.
