      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Adjudicate parking and administrative citation appeals while reconciling citation payments
      - Respond to inquiries regarding parking citations via phone, email, and in person
      - Process DMV notices and schedule administrative hearings
      - Support Enforcement Representatives through radio dispatch
      - Exercise independent judgment while adhering to California Vehicle Code and department procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid California Driver's License
      - Ability to interact with a diverse population in a high-volume customer-focused work environment
      - Ability to interpret and explain complex policies and regulations
      - Previous customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
      - Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office applications
