What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design or optimize existing database objects, models, and reporting solutions
- Migrate large data from multiple legacy databases and ensure data is accurately segmented and cleansed
- Synthesize data and implement data governance practices for enhanced reporting
- Test for data integrity issues and proactively identify potential risks for inconsistencies
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of extensive, hands-on experience with SQL via SSMS/ADS
- 3+ years of intermediate experience with Power BI, demonstrating strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop/Service and DAX
- Proven experience translating data into effective visualizations and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Experience in end-to-end Business Intelligence architecture and analysis preferred
