      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
      - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents while managing files, records, and confidential information
      - Organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items
      - Plan and coordinate business travel, including itineraries and managing post-travel expenses
      - Assist with strategic projects and research for effective execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a corporate or academic healthcare setting
      - Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English
