      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform operational and procedural assignments requiring independent judgment and discretion
      - Make recommendations for solutions based on understanding of implications of work
      - Determine methods and procedures for new assignments
      - Provide guidance and leadership to nonexempt personnel
      - Utilize administrative procedures and processes effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training
      - 1-3 years of relevant experience or a combination of experience and education
      - Thorough knowledge of administrative procedures, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with critical thinking and time management skills
      - Interpersonal skills to lead and guide other personnel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience in an academic or administrative setting
      - Advanced knowledge of database management systems
      - Familiarity with university policies and procedures
      - Skills in project management or process improvement
      - Experience working with diverse populations in an educational environment
