      The hourly wage for this position is $20.00/hour. This is a Monday-Friday, hybrid role (3 days in-office + 2 days remote).

      POSITION PURPOSE

      The HR Coordinator is a temporary hybrid-role role supporting Cotton On’s People & Performance team. You will provide administrative and special projects support through Cotton On’s holiday (peak) season. The HR Coordinator will be a champion of Cotton On’s values, help to drive HR functional excellence, and process improvement.

      JOB DUTIES (include but are not limited to):

      • General administrative support with various HR functions including I-9 management, arbitration agreement signoffs, etc.
      • Reconciles benefits statements.
      • Support audit of HR data cleanup project.
      • Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
      • Files documents into appropriate employee files.
      • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
      • Processes mail.
      • Performs other related duties as assigned.

      QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
      • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
      • Knowledge and application of HRIS systems
      • MS Office Suite proficiency (Advanced Excel knowledge a Plus)
      • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
      • Must be able to work for prolonged periods of time behind a desk

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

      • Must have the ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 10 pounds at a time
      • Must be physically capable of walking and standing for long periods on surfaces not necessarily friendly to the legs and back
      • Sitting for long periods of time in an open and creative office environment
