What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in extracting and preparing large, complex datasets for reporting and analytics
- Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau
- Conduct high-level and detailed analyses on large healthcare datasets to deliver actionable insights
- Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms to inform decision-making
- Work closely with internal customers to understand business problems and translate them into analytic requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- >75% progress towards a Bachelor’s Degree in data/analytics, healthcare, computer science, or related field
- Ability to query/analyze large datasets using tools like SQL, Python, etc.
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

- Enrollment in a Master’s Degree program
- Experience developing predictive models using machine learning algorithms
