      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Adjudicate parking and administrative citation appeals and reconcile citation payments in compliance with relevant regulations
      - Respond to parking citation inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear and accurate information
      - Process DMV notices, schedule administrative hearings, and support Enforcement Representatives through radio dispatch
      - Exercise independent judgment while following California Vehicle Code, TDS guidelines, and department procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid California Driver's License
      - Capability to interact with a diverse population in a high-volume, customer-focused work environment
      - Ability to interpret and explain complex policies and regulations
      - Previous customer service experience and conflict resolution skills
      - Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar customer service role within a university or public institution
      - Familiarity with California Vehicle Code and parking regulations
      - Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
      - Bilingual skills are a plus
