      Darigold is looking for an NDA Member Service Coordinator to join our Seattle HQ team. This position will effectively represent NDA interest in maintaining and enhancing critical producer touch point processes including hauling, farm milk quality, monthly milk supply monitoring and forecasting, member relationships and records and provide administrative support to the NDA team members at headquarters and in the field.

      What You Will Do

      • Support the staff liaison to the NDA Hauling Committee while providing support managing the NDA Hauling Policy, committee interaction, general problem solving and data analysis.
      • Collaborate with NDA Field Mangers in the administration of the NDA Milk Quality program and month end settlements of milk components and milk quality.
      • Support the Quality and Farm Practices Committee Staff Liaison with committee meeting preparation, various information, committee meeting notes and assistance as needed.
      • Support the staff lead to help create, manage, and report out on economic models for forecasting and monitoring milk supply using sound logic and facilitating communication between NDA, Ingredients Division, Operations and Supply Chain to help identify potential constraints in the supply chain.
      • Support the staff lead for the NDA Applications Committee by processing and preparing membership applications for review by the Committee, presenting Committee recommendations to the NDA Board of Directors and communicating Board decisions to applicants and appropriate staff. Key components of the work related to applications involves providing milk growth analysis, supply tracking and planning, document management and communication.
      • Support the staff lead in the current transition to, implementation of and continued support of the com mobile manifest and producer payroll applications by assisting in user acceptance testing, trouble shooting, and continuous improvement of the applications.
      • Support the staff lead for performing NDA Administration services including scheduling, data entry, records management, staff support during board meetings, expense report support, producer product donations, member mailings, assist in daily email redistribution, NDA team travel booking and member website posting, maintenance and troubleshooting.
      • Support the needs of the NDA office staff when needed.
      • Support the NDA Analyst in weekly reporting of NDA key metrics.
      • Support the needs of the members through working with the NDA Field Staff while acting as a liaison between the field staff and corporate office.

      What You Bring:

      • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, or other related field OR a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience in lieu of education.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Oracle Business Intelligence and Adobe Acrobat
      • Experience within the dairy industry preferred.
