      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow scripts and protocols while making outbound calls to research participants
      - Adhere to policies regarding participant privacy and security
      - Utilize contact tracking systems to manage participant interactions
      - Provide excellent customer service in a call center environment
      - Work independently and manage time effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
      - Prior experience in customer service or a call center setting
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
      - Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
      - Previous experience working with research participants
      - Familiarity with informed consent processes
      - Access to reliable transportation (personal vehicle or public transit)
