      Role Description

      XPDEL is looking for a Temporary Project Assembly Associate (TPAA) to join our team. This position works on the warehouse floor, assembling Storm Doors into a Frame for shipment and will include kitting/labeling. They will work together to prepare shipments while keeping the warehouse clean and safe (Placing corrugated cardboard into receptacle). As a TPAA, you will play an essential role in preparing items for delivery. The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while assembling heavy items as part of a two-person team.

      Key Result Areas

      · Assemble items as part of a two-person team, working together to fulfill your daily quota
      · Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments
      · Quality control inspection of products
      · Kitting/Labeling of products as project reaches completion

      Skills and Qualifications

      · Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, forward-thinking, proactive, and approachable
      · Comfortable using hand-held power tools safely (Cordless Drills and Screwdrivers)
      · A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
      · Overtime may be required based on business needs
      · Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 70 pounds (Doors will weigh approximately 130 pounds once fully assembled)
