What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, analyze, and develop solutions to a wide range of complex issues
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Develop new programs, policies, or procedures for potential implementation
- Analyze, research, and synthesize large amounts of data to prepare relevant proposals and analyses
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective verbal and written communication
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in sensitive situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of organization- or research-specific computer application programs
- Strong skills in analyzing and synthesizing data for sound proposals and analyses
- Ability to multi-task effectively under demanding timeframes
- Experience in policy analysis techniques
