What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and contact potential candidates through various recruitment methods
- Conduct phone screens and schedule in-person interviews with candidates
- Prepare offer details and hand-off to the onboarding team
- Develop and maintain candidate pipeline for future staffing needs
- Manage a high volume of open positions and maintain applicant tracking system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- ATS experience with iCIMS preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing recruitment for multiple regions or high volume of requisitions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience with behavioral health services industry
