      POSITION PURPOSE
      Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and verifying various Quality Control reports and records. Ensures that scanned records are in the system accurately, are legible, and accessible to Credit Union personnel. Provides high quality and professional service to members. Assist the Record Retention Manager in troubleshooting computer and system errors. Maintains and updates files. Researches and resolves recordkeeping errors.

      NOTE:
      This is a Temporary/Summer position only.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

      • Reviews documents within the imaging system to ensure accuracy.
      • After document images are quality controlled, prepare the hard copies for storage or to be shredded.
      • Determines causes for image errors and makes recommendations to ensure accuracy.
      • Corrects any documents determined to be inaccurate or misplaced.
      • Notifies the Record Retention Manger of common or reoccurring mistakes to help increase accuracy.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      Education/Certification:
      High school graduate or equivalent.

      Required Knowledge:
      Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and requirements.
      Familiarity with Credit Union products and procedures.

      Experience Required:
      One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.

      Skills/Abilities:
      Well organized and attentive to detail.
      Good proofreading skills.
      Solid communication abilities.
      Ability to apply all computer related applications.
