      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage relationships and partnerships with external constituents in the local community
      - Develop and implement a strategic volunteer program to support the delivery of programs and services
      - Recruit and train volunteers in various areas
      - Ensure the delivery of core programs and services to clients
      - Monitor and report on service delivery outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong computer skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work well in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with American Red Cross programs and services
      - Knowledge of military culture, regulations, and protocol
