10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including Tenable engineering and implementation
Experience in engineering and managing Tenable.sc, Nessus scanners, or Nessus Agents in large enterprise environments
Knowledge of networking, OS, application vulnerabilities, CVSS scoring, and asset risk assessment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
HS diploma or GED
Experience working in a SOC or cyber operations environment
Experience with API integrations, data normalization, and vulnerability lifecycle management
Ability to brief technical and non-technical stakeholders
Possession of excellent documentation and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business, Management
Tenable Vulnerability Management, Tenable Security Center, or Tenable OT Security Certification

Tenable Security ArchitectKey Role:
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise vulnerability management solutions using Tenable.sc, Nessus, and other components of the Tenable ecosystem. Lead architectural decisions, integrate Tenable with other enterprise security platforms, and ensure that the vulnerability management program supports continuous monitoring, compliance, and risk reduction objectives. Architect and oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Tenable.sc and Nessus for enterprise-wide vulnerability management. Integrate Tenable with SIEMs, ITSM platforms, and asset inventories. Lead the design and implementation of custom dashboards, reports, and risk metrics aligned with agency or enterprise goals. Establish and maintain scanning schedules, policies, and credentialed scan configurations for heterogeneous environments.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
