      We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenders Administrator. The successful incumbents responsibilities pertains to the company’s tender processes into the Public and Private sectors in South Africa. The identification of business opportunities and the pricing and submission thereof according to prescribed criteria and company protocol. The formation and development of relationships with Key Decision makers at all levels in respect of the tender business.

      Essential Job Functions

      • To source, prepare and submit all Tender related documentation.
      • To have oversight of successful awards/nonawards, and to follow-up all escalations and other price adjustments to pre-determined deadlines.
      • To liaise with agents and BEE partners and the relevant Tender authorities in respect of all tender/buyout related opportunities/queries.
      • Contract Administration post-award notification: to ensure product compliance and the capturing of prices together with the compilation of data and the generation of Tender-related reports to Senior Managers and Directors
      • To develop the Tender business pertaining to all Divisions.

      Requirements

      Matric plus tertiary business diploma or degree.

      Previous tendering experience, both Public and Private sector Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and sound knowledge of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act.

      Previous experience working in the Healthcare industry would be an advantage.

      Good knowledge of the BBBEE Act
