Content Development and Management
Manage day to day project management for TENx10 Resource projects so that all deadlines are met
Manage contractor and partner involvement and projects with TENx10’s Resource Team, including brokering contracts and memoranda of understanding as needed
Curate existing partner resources and collaborate with the TENx10 Content Director and other identified partners or contractors on shared resource development.
Write and/or edit original content for TENx10, as needed, which may include youth curriculum, leader development, training, family or senior leader resources, blog posts, video scripts, etc.
Coordinate additional writers to develop content as needed.
Collaborate with TENx10’s creative team to manage and maintain Resource Team web content
Work closely with TENx10’s social media and marketing team, including writing and editing copy for the TENx10 website and other digital marketing as needed.
Research and Assessment
Summarize, collect, curate, and organize relevant academic and market research on youth ministry and resource creation for the use of the Resource team
Manage the TENx10 assessments data and track assessment strategy implementation
Work with team members, contractors, and/or agencies as needed to implement the TENx10 assessment strategy.
General Administration and Teamwork
Participate in TENx10 team meetings, events, and strategic planning.
Collaborate with the Content Director and other TENx10 team members to develop effective and efficient systems that support TENx10 resource development and dissemination. This includes writing and editing for grant reports as needed.
Represent TENx10 nationally at various conferences and events if interested and as needed.
Assist in developing and supporting the overall vision for TENx10 and in development of future resources and team projects.
Bachelors degree, ideally with some training in communications or writing/editing; Masters degree preferred
Professional-level writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; experience in writing for video materials is a bonus
Project management experience, preferably in a resource team environment
5+ years’ experience in ministry, not-for-profit, or ministry resource development; familiarity with church, denominations, and/or the field of youth ministry required
Preferred 3+ years of project management or related experience, with preference given to experience in a church and/or academic setting
Preferred knowledge of resource creation and development
Demonstrated attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion; direct experience in culturally diverse work and/or resource development for a diverse audience required
High attention to deadlines, accuracy, and details
Ability to learn quickly, including creativity in problem-solving and trouble-shooting
Ability or desire to work in a distinctly Christian office environment
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
Ability to work effectively in a multi-task environment a must—the ability to initiate, prioritize, maintain, and complete both short-term and long-term projects simultaneously with a high degree of attention to detail
Able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours at a time
Able to bend, grasp, and reach
Able to lift up to 25 pounds
Requires repetitive motions and sitting at computer keyboard
Able to hear and speak on the telephone
Able to read, take notes, and view a computer monitor
Able to conduct business with other Fuller offices
Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards
This position is available for remote work within the United States. Subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary
Salary rate the seminary expects to pay for this position: $26.45 - $29.81 per hour USD

Brief Description:
The TENx10 Collaboration is a national discipleship movement with the mission to make faith matter more for ten million young people over the next ten years. We are a fast moving, creative, energetic remote team that works across ecumenical, cultural and denominational lines to pursue our courageous mission.
The TENx10 Resource & Project Manager will work closely with the TENx10 Content Director and Content Team on resource coordination, curation, and creation efforts for the national TENx10 Collaboration, a discipleship movement with the mission to make faith matter more for ten million young people over the next ten years. This position will coordinate and assist in the creation and curation of a new resource suite and additional content for TENx10’s efforts, assuring resource development and delivery across multiple formats and platforms. The role requires a strong focus on project management, coordination and management of contractors and agencies, and partnership with various organizations and denominations.
This position is available for remote work within the United States. Subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary.
