      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand agency distribution
      - Manage agents within a designated area, utilizing various communication methods to build relationships and deliver training
      - Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals and hold agents accountable for execution
      - Evaluate agency performance and ensure compliance with action plans
      - Conduct training sessions for agency staff on products and services to enhance their effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
      - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
      - Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
      - Compliance with driving standards and policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance or sales
      - Prior experience driving sales results in an insurance context
      - Familiarity with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Experience in conflict resolution and facilitating discussions
      - Ability to learn and apply technical and procedural information effectively
