What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the roofing sector
- Sell concrete and clay roofing products to meet sales targets within designated segments
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure product specifications in planning documents
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet company and regional sales goals
- Manage customer complaints and provide technical advice regarding products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Direct sales experience preferred, especially in building products
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and insurability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other deal desk systems
- Enthusiastic self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook 365
