What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing accounts and building new ones within the defined territory
- Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare practitioner (HCP) offices to achieve sales volume goals
- Utilize CRM for effective territory management, including pre-call planning and post-call notes
- Analyze market data to develop promotional strategies for whole-food nutritional supplements
- Conduct educational programs for HCPs and distributor sales representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the practitioner channel
- Strong understanding of nutrition basics and experience analyzing sales data
- Demonstrated success in product sales and territory development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of the applications of SP Formulas and natural products marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop sales strategies
- Polished presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
