      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales quotas in the assigned territory of Southwest Ontario
      - Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors to meet their needs
      - Generate new growth accounts while nurturing existing accounts
      - Utilize CRM Salesforce for tracking account and conversion status
      - Provide product training and respond to customer issues to ensure satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or applicable sales experience
      - Minimum of 5 years in an outside sales role within electrical, commercial, datacom, utility, or industrial markets
      - Ability to work from a home office and travel as needed within the sales territory
      - Proficiency in using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a sales environment

      - Experience selling through a distribution/channel model
      - Skills in delivering effective presentations and proposals
      - Knowledge of competitors’ activities within the assigned territory
      - Proven ability to balance multiple tasks and work independently
