- University graduation in computer science, IT or a related discipline and 2-yr related experience;
- 2-yr diploma in computer science, IT or a related discipline and 4-yr related experience;
- 1-yr certificate in computer science, IT or a related discipline and 5-yr related experience

- Experience and understanding of software quality assurance QA, Testing and Defect Lifecycle.
- Experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience maintaining traceability of test cases to requirements.
- Experience preparing or supporting the preparation of test plans and test cases.
- Experience preparing test data, executing tests and verifying results and logging issues.
- Experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks.
- Experience working as a Test Coordinator/Test Lead in an enterprise level application development environment
- Experience working on concurrent projects (concurrent projects must be described).
- Experience writing test cases from use cases, non-functional requirements and design documents.
- Experience in identifying testing issues and implementing improved processes and resolutions.
- Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
- Experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing.
- Experience working with business & AMS representatives to analyze issues reported by (or in) production.
- Ability to manage stress and conflict.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, management and vendors.
- The ability to learn quickly, problem solve/troubleshoot, work independently and in a team.
Position: Test Analyst
Location: Edmonton, AB (Remote 3 - 4 times onsite in month)
Duration: 10 Months Contract + 6 Months Possible Extension
