  We're looking for a Test Automation Engineer to help us build and deliver an enterprise digital Client due diligence platform including Initial Due Diligence (KYC/AML) and Period due diligence (PKR) platforms.

  Your team

  You will be part of WMA (Wealth Management Americas ) PKR crew in Pune, India. We work to deliver high quality and effective testing solutions with the goal of facilitating the overall success of our clients and delivery partners. You will be responsible for successful delivery of Strategic initiatives like new initiatives, Change the Bank, and Run the Bank testing engagements. Candidate must have a proven track record in a QA. Substantial experience with Quality Control methodology is required, specifically Agile/Scrum factory model, Cross-Crews Collaboration, Shift-left mindset, early test automation, requirements/testing traceability, test planning, test execution, defect management, and project level reporting.

  Your expertise

  • minimum of 8+ years of experience in testing complex workflows utilizing test automation skills.
  • experience in Financial Domain, preferred Wealth Management business domain.
  • full understanding of Agile methodology/factory model, SDLC, QA and Defect Lifecycle
  • experience with Test Planning/Test Strategy/ Test Case creation and execution including Traceability matrix.
  • experience with test data identification & creation/mining by querying/retrieving from backend databases/ api calls.
  • experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA/ Test Rail) and Test design tools like Hexawise.
  • test automation experience (UI/API) using various tools like Selenium, REST Assured, Jmeter, Appium, Cucumber, etc., for web and mobile applications.
  • strong experience in Java programming. Any shell scripting will be preferred
  • proven track record in developing test automation frameworks from inception
  • proficient/working experience on various CI tools such as GitLab/Github
  • skilled in utilizing cloud platforms such as Azure and deploying packages on to Azure Kubernetes Server.
  • engage proactively QA Manager regarding project statuses, and risks
  • working experience with globally distributed teams
  • excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and collaborate across and within teams.
