      Roles and Responsibilities of the Test Center Administrator

      The Test Center Administrator will perform the following tasks and services:

      Ongoing activities

      • Call candidates, PJO and schedule onsite production simulation appointments
      • Send packets to candidates (applications and medical forms)
      • Facilitate interviews
      • Perform and maintain all data entry into SelecTrak®
      • Set-up/clean up assessment center area
      • Maintain briefcase assessments

      Responsibilities while assessments are underway

      • Greet candidates
      • Confirm candidate paperwork
      • Make candidate folders
      • Notify candidates of pass/fail status
      • Acquire badges and escort to medical testing area
      • Daily reporting an KPI management
      • Proctor assessments
      • Troubleshoot equipment
      • Field ad hoc calls from candidates

      KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

      • Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written.
      • Demonstrate ability to repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment.
      • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to both the client and job candidates.
      • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Applications.
      • Strong computer skills.

      EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

      • An associate’s degree in psychology, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial maintenance, or a closely related field is preferred.
