      Join us as a Management Trainee

      • You’ll deliver critical services across the organisation through providing global support to our customers through cost-efficient, agile operations and analytics capability
      • Develop your management capabilities and increase your network in this fast-paced and challenging role

      What you'll do

      You’ll be responsible for the digitisation of manual business operational processes across the bank by leveraging technologies like Robotics Process Automation, APIs and Microservices, in order to improve customer service and reduce cost for the business.

      Other key elements of the role include:

      • Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies in the banking industry
      • Examining ways and avenues with research to create a structured programme or series of programmes to upskill our workforce to be future ready
      • Working on bank-wide change programmes

      The skills you'll need

      To be successful in this role you’ll need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

      You’ll also bring:

      • An MBA or PGDM qualification, although this is not essential
      • Some prior experience, or knowledge of the financial services industry
