      Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.

      Candidate will be required on an infrequent basis to go underway on units and to frequently work on moored pier-side units. Physical ability to navigate steep stairs and ladders as well as work in confined spaces is a requirement.
      Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time CONUS and OCONUS. -US Navy surface combatant CIC at-sea watchstation qualification.
      -Core Aegis Weapons Systems experience preferred.
      -Must have a minimum 6 years working experience with the AEGIS Weapons Systems.
      -Demonstrated experience working with US Navy hardware and software.
      testing procedures, and the ability to analyze test results and report findings. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
      - Experience with the Aegis Weapon System
      C&D and/or ADS elements
      - Experience with development, test and/or
      integration of C3I/C4I systems
      - Experience with development, test and/or
      integration of Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT) System, Advanced Training Domain (ATD).
      or similar complex integrated training systems
      - Experience with Tactical Data Links
